About the Institute

Founded as part of Bast Productions during the early days of the Internet, the Eric J. Hébert Institute of Advanced Procrastination represents the lighter side of the web — a time when personal websites were created for curiosity, creativity, and questionable research.

The Institute's research has produced several groundbreaking discoveries:

  • A task postponed is not necessarily avoided.

  • "I'll do it tomorrow" is a valid project management strategy.

  • The best time to start a project is approximately five minutes before the deadline.
